On July 1, the Shanghai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission awarded plaques to the first batch of innovative practice bases for party building in the system. The "LIAN Party Building" innovative practice base of the Party Committee of Shanghai Branch of Pudong Development Bank was successfully rated as the first batch of grassroots party building innovative practice bases in the Shanghai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission system. This is also a high recognition of the bank's long-term focus on serving the real economy as the starting point and foothold of financial work, adhering to the political and people-oriented nature of financial work, and leading the central work with party building to achieve a series of practical results.

According to the functions, the base is divided into "seven ones", namely: a dynamic display window for the development of party building in the financial industry; an experience exchange platform for grassroots party building practices; a party spirit education and training base open to party members and the masses in all industries in the whole society; an innovative research laboratory to explore the comprehensive leadership of high-quality financial development in the new era of party building; a new workstation that provides professional party affairs and financial consulting; an exhibition service center with multiple real-life experience red routes; and an external red theme exhibition with a permanent touring point in Shanghai.
In terms of content presentation, the base takes "Pu Xin Xiang Dang LIAN Future" as the logical clue, and runs through the five chapters of "Chain", "Link", "Refine", "Link" and "Integrity" through "Link Party Building". Before the "LIAN Party Building" Innovation and Practice Base was named the Shanghai SASAC System Grassroots Party Building Innovation and Practice Base, the Shanghai Branch Party Committee was also awarded the titles of "Shanghai Advanced Grassroots Party Organization" and "Shanghai SASAC Advanced Grassroots Party Organization" by the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Shanghai SASAC, and successively won the title of "Red Flag Party Organization" in the third, fourth and fifth rounds of the Municipal SASAC system. The branch's party building brands "Four Double Projects" and "Three Gatherings and Three Links" were successively named the "Shanghai State-owned Enterprise Party Building Work Brand" in the Municipal SASAC system in 2019 and 2022. The Shanghai Branch's "Using the "Two Forces" Construction as an Incision to Promote the Deep Integration of Ideological and Political Work and Financial Enterprise Operation and Management" was rated as one of the "Top Ten Achievements" in the Ideological and Political Work Research of Enterprises in the Shanghai SASAC System.
