The "Notice" clearly continues to implement three policy measures that benefit enterprises and the people: First, in terms of burden reduction, the policy of gradually reducing unemployment insurance premiums to 1% will be continued until the end of 2025. Second, in terms of job stabilization, the policy of job stabilization refund will continue to be implemented for insured enterprises that do not lay off or reduce layoffs until the end of 2024. Small, medium and micro enterprises will be refunded no more than 60% of the unemployment insurance premiums actually paid by the enterprise and its employees in the previous year, and large enterprises will be refunded. The return ratio shall not exceed 30%; the purpose of funds will be expanded from the current four expenditures for stable employment to expenditures for reducing production and operation costs; social groups, foundations, social service agencies, law firms, accounting firms, and individuals insured in the form of units Industrial and commercial households shall refer to the implementation. The third is to improve skills. We will continue to relax the period of participation in the skill improvement subsidy policy and expand the scope of benefits until the end of 2024.
