Yesterday afternoon, a digital person participated in the 2024 Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative innovation and high-tech Typical results, supply and demand lists and application scenarios of collaborative innovation in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei were released at the Quality Development Forum.
The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Innovation and High-Quality Development Forum is the first time that the Zhongguancun Forum has established a dialogue platform for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative innovation, and is jointly hosted by the three places.
Data show that in 2023, Beijing’s radiating and driving role in Tianjin and Hebei in science and technology will gradually increase. In the field of technology contracts, the transaction volume flowing from Beijing to Tianjin and Hebei increased by 109.8% year-on-year. The forum pointed out that in the face of opportunities and challenges in the new era, Beijing will continue to play the radiating and leading role of the "one core", jointly promote the "new two wings", and work together to create a power source that leads the country's high-quality development.
Xie Min, Director of the Department of Policies, Regulations and Innovation System Construction of the Ministry of Science and Technology, said that 2024 is the tenth anniversary of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei becoming a national strategy. The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has shifted from "one-way decentralization" to "two-way interconnection and integration". We should turn from narrowing the internal gap between each other to enhancing the overall strength of the region, and from "breaking down barriers" to "building an ecosystem." In the future, the Ministry of Science and Technology will support Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative innovation with greater intensity and more practical measures. First, it will strengthen the leading role of Beijing International Science and Technology Innovation Center and collaboratively create a high-level scientific and technological innovation source; second, it will deepen the reform of science and technology systems and mechanisms to jointly build a regional Open innovation ecology; the third is to deepen the integration and docking of innovation chains in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industrial chain, give play to Beijing-Tianjin's advantages in science and technology and talents, and enhance the industrial carrying capacity of Tianjin-Hebei.
On that day, a total of 34 collaborative innovation projects were signed, including three major types: Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei National Technology Innovation Center Innovation Platform, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Industry-Academic-Research Cooperation and Services, and innovative enterprises settling in industrial parks.
The forum also released the "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Scientific and Technological Achievements Supply and Demand List", which includes a supply list of more than 100 scientific and technological achievements in Beijing and a list of more than 80 technological needs in Tianjin and Hebei. The content covers new generation information technology, intelligent equipment, new materials, Many cutting-edge fields such as medicine and health, energy conservation and environmental protection, and intelligent manufacturing.
"Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Innovation Application Scenario Requirements" released a total of 72 advanced computing power innovation application scenarios in Hebei, including digital transformation and upgrading needs in steel, medicine, automobiles, new energy, chemical industry and other fields as well as computing power project construction technical needs. Xiongan New Area has released four types of digital urban scenarios, including global IPv6, urban Hongmeng, urban intelligent network and Risc-V scenario areas.
