On June 6, the launch ceremony of the 2024 Jing'an District Charity Movie Distribution was held at the Jing Theater in North Shanghai. Reporters learned from the event that Jing'an District has implemented public welfare movie distribution services since 2014, investing real money every year to subsidize movie ticket prices. In the past 10 years, it has served nearly 1.7 million community residents in the district and screened nearly a thousand domestic and foreign masterpieces. It is the most popular and local public cultural brand project in the district.
The reporter learned that Jing'an District's "Public Welfare Movie Distribution" has repeatedly won the first place in the public satisfaction evaluation of the district government's practical projects. In 2014, the "5 yuan to watch blockbusters" movie distribution model was launched for the first time.
Through public welfare film distribution, red dramas are delivered to residents. Jing'an District is the birthplace of the Party's first Party Constitution. The high-definition drama video of "Fu Deli" is a literary and artistic party class that fully embodies the characteristics of Jing'an. At the reception site, more than 100 "Fuxing Delhi" literary and art party classes have been arranged.

"My Motherland and Me", "I Love My Fathers" and "Flowers" were all shot by Jing'an Enterprises in Jing'an District. According to incomplete statistics, more than 250 films have been launched in Shanghai with Jing'an District film and television companies as the first producers, with box office revenue of nearly 14 billion yuan. "Jing'an produced" films account for half of the "Shanghai produced" box office.

In late June, the 2024 charity film distribution will be officially implemented.
