TOD Block Party Building Alliance continues to expand its "circle of friends", Putuo's "youngest" street
Recently, Wanli Subdistrict in Putuo District held a meeting to promote the full coverage of the party’s organizational system in emerging fields and the Wanli TOD Block Party Building Alliance’s "July 1st" theme event.
Wanli Subdistrict, as the "youngest" subdistrict in Putuo, strengthens the leadership of party building and is making every effort to create a "Wanli model" of high-quality development led by party building. The subdistrict has identified the points of integration and starting point of party building in emerging fields and economic, people's livelihood and governance work, innovated governance measures, promoted the transformation of "two enterprises and three new things" from "point governance" to "whole-region governance", enriched the co-governance scenarios, transformed the "biggest variable" of grassroots governance into the "most beautiful increment", activated the red engine, and improved governance efficiency through governance linkage.
As the main base of the Wanli TOD Block Party Building Alliance, the West Station Complex·Wanli Bilin Party and Mass Service Station not only carries the function of educating party members and serving the masses, but also carries the function of further improving the talent business environment. At the scene, the West Station Complex·Wanli Bilin Party and Mass Service Station and the Wanli Investment Promotion and Business Center were unveiled.
The West Station Complex Wanli Bilin Party and Mass Service Station is also the activity base of the Wanli TOD Block Party Building Alliance. The alliance continues to expand its "circle of friends", and four units and enterprises, including Zhenru City Sub-Center, Wanli Community Health, Excellence Real Estate, and Shanghai West Station, have joined the alliance.
It is reported that Wanli Subdistrict adheres to the "openness" and "sharing" of public spaces, constantly explores and integrates resources, improves the construction of party-mass service positions, and provides venue support and activity guidance for party building work in emerging fields within the jurisdiction. At the same time, it organically integrates party building, economic development, urban management and community governance, and specifies three leaders in charge as grid general instructors to jointly take the lead in promoting work.
Since the Pudong District Committee comprehensively deployed and launched the "360 full coverage" concentrated attack action for the party's organizational system in emerging fields, a group of party members have been identified by the streets, and a number of new party organizations have been established and transferred in, allowing party members to "return to the team" and the organization to "take root."
