Shoot short films, write new songs, create micro-films... Eight provinces and one city anti-drug and drug rehabilitation propaganda alliance was established in Shanghai
On June 18, on the occasion of the 37th "6.26" International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, the judicial administrative drug rehabilitation systems of eight provinces and one city, including Shanghai, Hunan, Jiangsu, Shandong, Hainan, Shaanxi, Qinghai, Zhejiang, and Anhui, joined hands to sign a memorandum of cooperation in Shanghai and established an inter-provincial drug control and rehabilitation publicity alliance.
After the establishment of the alliance, it will give full play to the advantages of cross-provincial and municipal collaborative linkage, innovate the anti-drug and drug rehabilitation propaganda model, hold joint publicity activities, jointly develop an anti-drug and drug rehabilitation publicity and education curriculum system, and at the same time build a publicity resource sharing mechanism, jointly build and share, openly cooperate in anti-drug and drug rehabilitation public welfare paintings, public welfare IP, public welfare songs, public welfare short films, etc., integrate their respective content and communication advantages, and form an aggregated communication trend of anti-drug and drug rehabilitation.
Combined with regional characteristics, drug rehabilitation units in various places have their own characteristics in drug prevention and drug rehabilitation propaganda. For example, the Shanghai Drug Rehabilitation Administration recently shot a short film on Shanghai's century-old history of drug prevention, using the Bund Citywalk as a clue. During the Republic of China period, there were more opium dens in Shanghai than restaurants, so the difficulty of drug prohibition can be imagined. Walking along the Bund, the first important international conference since the opening of Shanghai was held at the Huizhong Hotel - the International Anti-Opium Conference. This conference was the starting point of global anti-drug cooperation and confirmed for the first time that opium must be banned worldwide. The second largest opium destruction operation, second only to the Humen Opium Destruction, took place in the Jianghai Customs Warehouse in Lujiazui. On January 17, 1919, the Beiyang government burned a large amount of opium here twice, using 23 tons of coal for burning alone. The coal fire that lasted all night marked the end of China's more than 100 years of open opium trade.
During this year's Anti-Drug Publicity Month, the Chang'an Forced Isolation Drug Rehabilitation Center of Shaanxi Province combined intangible cultural heritage and co-created an anti-drug and drug rehabilitation publicity microfilm - the Qinqiang opera "Rebirth" with professional actors.
The Jiangsu Provincial Drug Rehabilitation Administration had a lot of creative ideas and shot a short anti-drug video in the style of a martial arts comedy.
After the launching ceremony of the publicity alliance, a joint publicity activity on drug prevention and rehabilitation was held in eight provinces and one city. Videos were used to showcase the style of drug rehabilitation police officers, the results of the "six-in" anti-drug publicity campaign, and promotional videos of anti-drug public welfare ambassadors.
