On June 25, Jiangning Road Subdistrict held a promotion meeting for the construction of the Changping Road Good Governance Block Community and a "July 1st" themed party day event.
Strolling in the "Changping Road Urban Garden Block", you can see high-quality and mature commercial carriers, tree-lined street gardens, innovatively designed "Ruzi Niu" rest seats, and various convenience, leisure and fitness facilities. The overall appearance is completely new.
Changping Road, as the "main corridor of Jiangning Living Room" in the overall plan of "one corridor, one river and two blocks" of Jiangning Road Street, has been undergoing continuous transformation and upgrading. The street actively explores the party building to lead the block governance, and has begun to build a "good governance block community" of "everyone participates, everyone is responsible, everyone contributes, and everyone shares".
After the completion of the old renovation and expropriation, a number of commercial complexes and high-end residential buildings such as MOHO, Hongyinli, and Yun'an Huating have emerged one after another, and the former "governance depression" is turning into a "development highland". Among them, as an important measure for the construction of the Changping Road Good Governance Block Community, a "12" block governance structure has been established, namely: 1 block party building alliance and two autonomous organizations composed of "merchant self-discipline alliance" and "volunteer alliance", promoting the transformation from "management and being managed" to "co-construction and co-governance".
Luo Bin, a SF Express courier and outlet manager, has a new title this year - secretary of the Party branch of the express delivery and takeaway industry in Jiangning Road Subdistrict. "Every month, we organize two seminars to talk about work and life. In order to better serve the new employment groups, the "Ningju Xinxin Station" is being renovated and constructed, integrating the functions of convenience, health, original intention, and co-governance, to build a "happy home" for the new employment groups.
In Luo Bin's view, the "Ningju Xinxin Station" is like a "large-scale life service center" tailored for the young men. According to the plan, it can not only provide meals, drinking water, bathing, laundry and other urgent and rigid needs, but also provide a good place for young men to shelter from the sun and rain, take a rest and relax. "It has the feeling of home, the functions of a shopping mall, the services of the community and the warmth of an organization."
Since the beginning of this year, in conjunction with the full coverage of party building in emerging fields, the street has conducted extensive surveys of the express delivery and takeout industry in its jurisdiction. On this basis, it has sorted out the personnel situation, and the team of "brother party members" has continued to grow.
The high-quality development of the block is inseparable from the high-quality block public service supply. In this regard, the local government fully leveraged the advantages of the Changping Road block's public service concentration and beautiful block scenery, and around the theme of "the block is walkable and the city is warm", provided public services of all ages and types, and launched a shared map of good governance in the block, allowing residents to experience the convenient life of the block in their daily affairs. On this basis, a "block micro-walking route" was created to allow citizens to experience the good life of the block while walking.
The street also sorted out and formed 6 major sections and 45 volunteer service projects in accordance with the development needs of the block. Once these volunteer service projects were launched, they were enthusiastically claimed and actively participated in by various units and people from all walks of life in the block, and they jointly formulated the Changping Road Block Civilization Convention.
