Professor Li Qi, former vice minister of the Propaganda Department of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and president of the Shanghai Reform, Innovation and Development Strategy Research Association, pointed out that the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to "build a livable, resilient and smart city", which is the road to the development of Chinese path to modernization cities.
