This sheep farm, covering an area of 9000 square meters, was only put into operation in May this year. Through joint investment with the village collective to build a breeding community, and then leasing it to farmers through a "company+farmers" model, it aims to drive low-income farmers to increase their income. In order to balance the needs of the village collective and the company as a "big family", Lianmei has established a support fund within the company to assist low-income farmers in their independent entrepreneurship and business projects.
Relying on this small strong village company, several villages that have invested in shares have not only paid off their previous debts, but also achieved surpluses, and the "snowball" of village collective assets is getting bigger and bigger. At the same time, the farmers "liberated" from the land, the young go out to work and do business with peace of mind, and the old go to the park to do what they can, and the income of the villagers has risen year after year.
Industrial development can lead to a prosperous life. Last year, 26 strong village companies in the region achieved operating profits of 56.95 million yuan, driving an average income increase of over 260000 yuan in 211 administrative villages. Underdeveloped villages with collective economic operating income below 600000 yuan were completely eliminated, while more than 2000 people were employed. The per capita annual income increased by over 50000 yuan, and the income gap between urban and rural areas was further narrowed.
