Wu Jie is under investigation!
The website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection announced on June 13: Wu Jie, former member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the Dalian Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and laws. He is currently undergoing disciplinary review by the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed in the State Administration of Taxation and supervisory investigation by the Liaoyang Municipal Supervisory Committee of Liaoning Province.
According to his public resume, Wu Jie is a male of Han nationality, born in September 1963 in Dalian, Liaoning Province. He is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He joined the CPC in July 1988 and started working in December 1981. He has a college degree.
Wu Jie has worked in the taxation system for a long time. He was appointed as the deputy director of the Third Branch of Dalian Taxation Bureau in February 1993, the deputy director of the First Branch of Zhongshan, Dalian State Taxation Bureau in January 1995, the director of the Income Tax Department of Dalian State Taxation Bureau in January 1997, the director of the branch directly under Dalian State Taxation Bureau in December 1999, the member of the Party Leadership Group and chief accountant of Dalian State Taxation Bureau in June 2005, the member of the Party Leadership Group and deputy director of Dalian State Taxation Bureau in July 2011, the member of the Party Leadership Group and deputy director of Dalian State Taxation Bureau in April 2013, the member of the Joint Party Committee and deputy director of Dalian State Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation in June 2018, and the member of the Party Committee and deputy director of Dalian State Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation in September 2018.
