Xiong Shanchu, former general manager of Hubei Changyou Real Estate Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hubei Changjiang Industrial Group, set up rents and sought rents, and solicited bribes in the name of "borrowing". From 2017 to 2020, Xiong Shanchu used his position as general manager of Changyou Company to help a private enterprise in the renewal of the operating rights of a gas station owned by Changyou Company and the leasing of a warehouse on a certain plot of land. He "borrowed" huge amounts of money from the heads of private enterprises on the grounds of his own or relatives' capital turnover many times, and was suspected of bribery. In addition, Xiong Shanchu also had other serious violations of discipline and law. In February 2024, Xiong Shanchu's suspected criminal issues were transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution in accordance with the law.

Mo Qingwen, former chairman of Hubei Luqiao Group Municipal Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hubei Liantou Group, illegally disposed of state-owned assets and embezzled funds. Kang Can, the former account manager of the marketing department of Xiantao Branch of Hubei Salt Industry Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hubei Agricultural Development Group, withheld and misappropriated prepaid business funds. From June 2020 to January 2022, while serving as the marketing account manager of Xiantao Salt Industry Branch, Kang Can used propaganda methods such as the upcoming increase in salt prices, free sugar when buying salt, and low-price disposal of reserve salt to induce 49 merchants to prepay salt to him, reserve salt, and issue delivery documents after their signatures. Yang Zhengmao, former manager of the Central China Regional Center of Hubei Yangtze River Bridge Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hubei Communications Investment Group, accepted bribes in the form of "loaning and collecting interest". From December 2012 to February 2021, Yang Zhengmao used his position as project manager of the Baoyi Expressway, Qianshi Expressway, and Xiaogan North Project Department of Yangtze River Bridge Company to help several project leaders to undertake highway projects, and accepted money from project leaders in the form of "loaning and collecting interest", suspected of bribery.
