In Luling Village and Nantang Village of Gaoqiao Town, as the village belongs to a relatively independent rural concentrated residential area, the village committee has introduced property service enterprises to implement comprehensive management of the entire village, carrying out full element and full process property services such as security, cleaning, greening, and registration of personnel and vehicles in the village, and solving the problem of insufficient capacity in comprehensive environmental management at the village level.

For example, Kangqiao Town has incorporated all 28 items and 95 events from 4 major categories into the rural environmental management module of the urban transportation center, implementing dynamic supervision and precise management, and forming a management "closed loop" through the formation of four teams: grid inspection, town inspection, third-party organization effectiveness evaluation, town assessment, etc., achieving block by block linkage, clear responsibilities, and achieving simultaneous construction and management.

The effectiveness of rural property management has also been supervised. Gaoqiao Town selects individuals from the villagers who are enthusiastic about public welfare, have a strong sense of responsibility, and have certain coordination or technical abilities to form a rural property management service supervision group, and specifically implements the supervision and assessment of property management in their respective villages.
