On the morning of September 12th, 2023, the SCO Law University Alliance Forum opened in Shanghai. Experts and scholars from multiple countries and universities of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) have come to the border area of Songjiang and Qingpu, located at the location of Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, to discuss the development of the Law University Alliance, the cultivation of high-end foreign-related talents, and cooperation in foreign-related legal services. They will also engage in practical cooperation in disciplines, academic exchanges, talent cultivation, scientific research cooperation, international exchanges, and other fields.
At the same time, multiple joint laboratories have been established, diverse teaching and research exchange activities have been carried out, and multiple international cooperation teams have also been formed.

Buzumankulov, Vice Dean of the Law School of Kyrgyz National University, believes that SCO University is a good form of cooperation that expands cooperation among various universities in areas such as regional studies, energy science, ecology, nanotechnology, and information technology. We hope to have more opportunities for exchange in the future, which will help countries cultivate more high-level legal talents and better serve the development of the region."
In 2021, Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, as the leading institution in China, jointly initiated an initiative with Northwest University of Political Science and Law, Gansu University of Political Science and Law, and Xi'an Jiaotong University to establish the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Law University Alliance. According to Liu Xiaohong, Dean of Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, as of August this year, 19 law schools and institutions at home and abroad have sent letters confirming their membership in the alliance. After the establishment of the alliance, a large amount of substantive education cooperation and exchange work was carried out, including multilateral cooperation and international exchanges among various units in the fields of legal education and research; Strengthen the joint training of talents among alliance universities; Promote local cooperation of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, establish a legal platform for economic and trade cooperation, and so on.

Universities should actively participate in the SCO's legal cooperation projects, provide legal consultation and training for countries and regions, promote the dissemination and exchange of knowledge in the legal field, and make more positive contributions to the development of countries and regions."
Kazakhstan National University is the oldest university in the local history. President Tuimebayev stated that the university has cooperated with several universities of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. During current exchanges and visits, they have found that there are still problems for students to adapt to the new education system. This requires coordinating with various countries to unify relevant regulations, so that there are clear standards for the recognition of credit hours, and better promote communication between teachers and students.

If the younger generation is not properly trained now, it will lead to serious consequences in the future due to not educating young people well.
