The Dragon Boat Festival holiday is coming soon. Starting from 4 pm this afternoon, some elevated roads and high-speed sections such as G40 Shanghai Shaanxi and G15 Shenhai in Shanghai have experienced concentrated traffic flow. The public security and traffic police departments have taken multiple measures such as targeted evacuation and interval patrols to strengthen traffic flow monitoring and evacuation.
During the festival, the Shanghai public security department will start high-level service. In accordance with the "one point one plan", it will do a good job of ensuring large passenger flow, implement safety management and emergency response measures, and ensure a stable and orderly passenger flow in areas where people may gather, especially the Bund, Little Lujiazui, Yu Garden, Disneyland and other city landmarks, popular attractions, as well as airports, railway stations, long-distance passenger stations and other transportation hubs.
During the rainy season, the cloudy and rainy weather during the Dragon Boat Festival will also have adverse effects on road traffic. The public security and traffic police stated that they will deploy sufficient police force to manage and guide the surrounding roads such as elevated bridges, tunnels, scenic spots, parks, and large commercial supermarkets on site in this city.
