Recently, the New Jiangwancheng Street Zhengli Road Area Community Trade Union Meeting launched a new employment form of "Mother Family Service Station" for workers. Two service stations were established in the first residential area of Zhengli Road and the second residential area of Zhengli Road. Eight caring merchants and property gatekeepers along Zhengli Road awarded "Mother Family Service Points".
Along Zhengli Road in Xinjiangwancheng Street, there are 2 residential areas and 12 residential communities, adjacent to the Da Chuangzhi Innovation and Development Demonstration Park. There are a population of nearly 10000 people, including new forms of employment such as express delivery workers, domestic workers, and security and cleaning workers. It is reported that the New Jiangwan City Sub district Federation of Trade Unions has established an innovative pilot program called "Niangjia Service Station" to leverage the advantages of Zhengli Road and its surrounding street merchants and residential community gatekeepers, further provide convenient and warm care services to new forms of employment workers in the jurisdiction, consolidate community governance efforts, and explore new models of trade union services to promote community governance.
Recently, the labor union meeting in the Zhengli Road area has repeatedly listened to the opinions of enterprises and shops along the street, fully deliberated on the operation mechanism of the "mother and family service station" for new forms of employment, formulated management systems, and launched six services, including haircuts, electric scooters, mobile phones, pharmacies, catering, and emergency response, with the support of enthusiastic merchants.
The "Mother Family Service Station" is established in the neighborhood committee, with the director of the neighborhood committee serving as the station manager and several "Mother Family Service Points" under it. It is composed of enthusiastic and caring shops and property companies in the jurisdiction, and its main functions include providing various consulting and membership services, striving to help workers understand the rights and interests of union members in a timely manner and obtain support; Mobilize street merchants and property gatekeepers in residential areas to provide distinctive and emergency services, and provide personalized care for workers in new business formats.
The "Mother Family Service Station" also serves as a "gathering station" for organizing and mobilizing new employment groups to participate in community governance. It will strengthen community interaction between merchants and residential areas, as well as between workers in new business formats and residential areas.
