Putuo District Party Committee Social Work Department launches thematic activities on party building in emerging fields
On June 24, the Organization Department and Social Work Department of the Putuo District Committee, together with representatives of party members of the "two enterprises and three new" party organizations in the district, jointly launched the "Gathering the New and Building a Shared Future for the Enterprise" - a theme activity for party building in emerging fields in Putuo District.
This year marks the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and the fifth anniversary of the proposal of the "People's City Concept". The Social Work Department of the Putuo District Committee will gather strength, grasp key points, clear bottlenecks, and tackle difficult problems in promoting party building work in emerging fields. In response to the characteristics of different industries and fields, it will give full play to the demonstration, driving, and radiation effects of advanced models through methods such as point-to-surface, classified guidance, and demonstration promotion.
After the launch of the theme activity, the Putuo District Social Work Department coordinated with dozens of units including the Party committees of all streets and towns in the district, party organizations of "two enterprises and three new" organizations, party organizations of industry associations and chambers of commerce, etc., to carry out more than 100 party building activities with rich forms, substantial content, wide participation and obvious results, focusing on five major theme activities: party discipline learning and education, exchanges on party building work in emerging fields, and mutual visits and learning.
During the event, the Social Work Department of the Putuo District Committee will actively guide and coordinate, with key private enterprises, platform enterprises, and Internet enterprises as the main body, to link franchisees, service providers, upstream and downstream enterprises, etc. to carry out theme activities, and demonstrate the effectiveness of party building work of "grasping the headquarters to lead the entire network, grasping the leading enterprises to lead the entire chain, and grasping the key points to lead the entire region."
As the first private technology company in Shanghai to establish a party organization, the Social Work Department of the Putuo District Committee focuses on the leading position of the Fosun Group Party Committee and promotes the work of "grasping the leading role and leading the whole chain" with this as the key. The Fosun Group Party Committee breaks the restrictions of capital ownership, regional ownership and industry affiliation through the "Fosun One" ecological party building seminar party building model, realizes the coordinated linkage of multiple holding companies, shareholding companies and cooperative companies across types, regions and industries within and outside the group, and carries out party building experience sharing.
As the only online delivery platform headquarters in the city, the Ele.me Party Committee is the focus of the Putuo District Party Committee's Social Work Department's efforts to achieve the goal of "grasping the headquarters to lead the entire network". Relying on the dominant position of the platform headquarters, the Ele.me Party Committee explored the "Party Building into Agreement" cooperation mechanism, extended the "platform service provider" party building work chain, promoted service providers to build party branches, and the industry to build regional functional party organizations, and realized the headquarters to lead the entire network. The Party Committees of Poker Group and Yuexing Group organized all party members to attend party classes to strengthen education and soul-building; the Party Committees of Nezha Automobile and KingBoss Men's Wear respectively organized all party members to visit the former site of the Bolshevik Editorial Office, Shanghai Ningxinjuli Engineering Museum and Sihang Warehouse Education Base to strengthen the spiritual touch through on-site visits.
It is reported that the Social Work Department of the Putuo District Committee will take this theme event as an opportunity to take the initiative, coordinate forces, and work across sectors to bring together multiple entities in the field, such as universities, industry regulatory departments, chamber of commerce party organizations, industry association party organizations, and industrial alliances.
