In order to show the new atmosphere of national unity and progress, the new leap in economic development, the new leap in people's livelihood and the new vitality of national culture, the 6th National Unity Calligraphy, Art, Photography and Micro-Video Works Collection Activity has begun, hosted by the Tibet Autonomous Region Special Group for Creating a National Model Region for National Unity and Progress, co-organized by the Propaganda Department of the Tibet Autonomous Region Party Committee and the Tibet Autonomous Region Ethnic Affairs Commission, and undertaken by Tibet Media Group Co., Ltd.
We sincerely invite all netizens to pick up their cameras and paintbrushes, capture and create carefully, show every wonderful moment of ethnic unity, economic development, improvement of people's livelihood and cultural prosperity in Tibet, and use the most affectionate artistic language to depict a new era for this snowy plateau. Maybe it's a video, maybe it's a photograph... No matter what the form, each work is an important part of "Highland Red Pomegranates Build the Chinese Dream". For calligraphy, art, photography, and micro-video enthusiasts from all walks of life and all industries across the country
The content of this collection of works is required to be healthy and positive. It can tell about national unity, social progress, urban development, rural revitalization, the close relationship between the military and the people in various forms, and vividly show Tibet's new changes, new developments, and new achievements in all aspects from the perspectives of praising typical stories, role models, and touching deeds, and praise the Party, the motherland, the new Tibet, and national unity. Works that do not conform to the central idea will not be included in the competition.
The delivery work is in jpg format, photo size: 10 inches. The file size is more than 5MB, 5 million pixels ~ 12 million pixels. Each work should be renamed in the form of "unit to which it belongs, name of the author, title of the work, contact number" when delivered.
No more than 5 photos per group. Works that have been computer-generated or have changed the original image are not accepted. Participants should ensure that they are the actual authors of the selected works and have independent, complete, clear and undisputed copyrights to the works. Participants should also ensure that the works they select do not infringe on the legal rights of third parties, including copyright, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, etc. Any legal disputes arising from the manuscript or submission behavior shall be borne by the submitter.
Specifications of calligraphy works: The size of the calligraphy work should be within 6 feet, in vertical format, with a height of no more than 180cm and a width of no more than 95cm. In the lower right corner of the back of the work, write in pencil in block letters: name, gender, ID number, regular mailing address, zip code, and contact number.
Requirements for the collection of art works: Traditional Chinese painting, oil painting, printmaking, watercolor and gouache are required. The specifications are: the maximum size cannot exceed 1200mm*900mm, and the minimum size cannot be less than 300mm*420mm. Art works must be newly created and have not been exhibited or published.
The video format is MP4, the duration is 3 to 5 minutes, the resolution is 1080P or above, it needs to be shot in horizontal mode, subtitles can be used, and special effects should be minimized.
The sixth "Plateau Red Pomegranate to Build the Chinese Dream" calligraphy, art, photography, and micro-video works collection period is from June 20, 2024 to August 1, 2024.
There will be 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 5 third prizes in calligraphy, fine arts, photography and micro-video works, and the remaining 12 are shortlisted prizes.
The prize money is 2,000 yuan for first prize, 1,000 yuan for second prize, 500 yuan for third prize, and 300 yuan for finalist prize.
There is no charge for this collection of works. The winning works are invited to participate in the exhibition and award ceremony. After the exhibition, the winners can take them back or donate them to the Tibet Autonomous Region Ethnic Affairs Commission. No winning works will be returned. If there are special circumstances that require the return of the manuscript, please contact the staff.
The organizer has the right to research, photograph, videotape, exhibit, publish and publicize the exhibited works.
Please write the author's name, detailed contact address, zip code, and contact number in pencil on the lower right corner of the back of the calligraphy or art work, and send it by registered mail or express delivery. Submissions that do not note the author's information as required will be deemed invalid. All entries must be original works of the author. It is strictly forbidden to use high-quality imitations or plagiarize other people's works, and you cannot reuse your own entries or award-winning works! Otherwise, any legal disputes or responsibilities will be borne by the author himself.
