In the future, entrepreneurship training will be carried out for various key groups, and Jinshan will launch the "Malanhua Plan"
Recently, the first phase of the 2023 Shanghai Entrepreneurship Training "Malanhua Plan" Jinshan Training Course, jointly organized by the Jinshan District Employment Promotion Center and Shanghai Overseas Chinese Vocational and Technical University, has been successfully concluded. The first batch of 30 prospective entrepreneurial students from Overseas Chinese University have been attracted to participate in the training.
It is reported that the "Malan Flower Plan" is a Chinese entrepreneurship training project marked by Malan flowers that are resistant to cold, wind and sand. On the opening day of the class, the students wrote down their preliminary entrepreneurial ideas and put them into the "project incubation box". They were prepared to compare and see if the entrepreneurial ideas and concepts had changed and optimized after three days of training. Subsequently, everyone visited the production, packaging workshop, and business situation of Shanghai Mianhuatang Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a second prize enterprise in the 2023 Annuity Mountain Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition, to have a more intuitive experience of entrepreneurship.
Under the guidance of the instructor, the students were divided into 5 small groups through ice breaking activities. During the 3-day training course, the instructors utilized various forms such as group discussions, brainstorming, and role-playing, combined with book cases and their own experiences, to impart professional knowledge while activating students' entrepreneurial thinking, promoting communication among students, and enhancing innovation awareness.
In the evaluation process, five groups each conducted entrepreneurship project roadshows, and the main lecturer commented on the highlights and shortcomings of the five groups during the roadshows. In the end, all 30 students successfully graduated.
Subsequently, the lecturer randomly selected two students and asked them to discuss whether they had any new ideas about the entrepreneurial project that was put into the "project incubation box" on the first day. "My previous idea was to establish a Tiktok e-commerce company. Through the three days of training, I learned that entrepreneurship needs good ideas. Later, I stepped into many holes in the simulated sand table game, and accumulated valuable experience. I hope I can apply it to the actual e-commerce operation next." said one trainee.
The staff of the Entrepreneurship Guidance Department of Jinshan District Employment Promotion Center introduced that after the end of this course, the organizer will promptly review and summarize the experience, and then take advantage of the situation to promote SYB training courses, further cultivate entrepreneurial abilities, and provide a series of guidance services such as park incubation, financing loans, and policy promotion to students who form entrepreneurial projects in the future.
It is understood that the "Malanhua Plan" entrepreneurship training course jointly held with Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University is the first training course in Jinshan District. In the future, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Jinshan District will actively respond to the call, rely on the entrepreneurial resources of the "campus", focus on the group of young college students, and widely solicit applications in combination with entrepreneurship and innovation competitions, new talent cultivation, entrepreneurial internships, etc., encouraging young entrepreneurs to actively participate.
In the future, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Jinshan District will fully mobilize resources, carry out entrepreneurship training for various key groups such as retired soldiers, disabled entrepreneurs, female entrepreneurs, etc., and improve corresponding public entrepreneurship services to protect entrepreneurs and let the "Malan Flower" bloom warmly on the land of Jinshan.
