Jing'an District has introduced a total of 120 regional headquarters of multinational corporations, 23 private enterprise headquarters, 14 trade oriented headquarters, and 10 foreign-funded research and development centers, ranking among the top in the central urban area. In recent years, Jing'an District has been focusing on improving quality, expanding capacity, empowering and increasing efficiency, continuously improving policies to promote the headquarters economy, strengthening service guarantees for headquarters enterprises, and continuously enhancing the development level of the headquarters economy.
