Gong Zheng expressed gratitude to Brazil for participating in the Pujiang Innovation Forum as a guest of honor. We will take the strategic guidance outlined by the two heads of state as the direction, focus on strengthening friendly exchanges between Shanghai and Brazil, and promote deeper cooperation in areas such as economy, trade, and science and technology. Currently, Shanghai has formed a basic framework for a technology innovation center with global influence, and is planning a new round of construction layout. We look forward to strengthening comprehensive, multi-level, and wide-ranging international scientific and technological cooperation with Brazil. I hope to take this forum as an opportunity to build a platform and smooth channels, expand cooperation areas, deepen cooperation methods, strengthen organized scientific research cooperation, carry out more joint research projects, create better conditions for promoting the transformation and incubation of scientific and technological achievements, and work together to achieve win-win development. We also welcome Brazil to continue participating in the CIIE and bring more high-quality products and services to Shanghai and China.
