"Deep emotions" is an important professional quality for teachers, which means "moving people with emotions". To have a deep emotional attachment, one must first have a patriotic sentiment, which means "having the country and the nation in one's heart, paying attention to the times and society in the great practice of the Party and the people, absorbing nutrients, and enriching thoughts"; Secondly, one must have a sense of preaching, which means investing genuine and sincere efforts in the education of Marxist theory, and persistently pursuing ideological and political education and teaching. "New thinking" means learning and applying dialectical materialism and historical materialism, innovating classroom teaching, and providing students with a profound learning experience. Guiding students to establish correct ideals and beliefs, and learning the correct way of thinking is the path to achieving the unity of teaching and educating.
"Having a broad perspective" is an important component of the ability and literacy of teachers, especially those in ideological and political courses. It is also a requirement for the comprehensive quality of teachers due to the wide range of educational objects and subject comprehensiveness of ideological and political courses.
Self discipline must be strict, which means leveraging the power of role models and adhering to the internal requirement of combining words and examples.
