This is of great significance for uniting and mobilizing disabled people and disabled workers to actively participate in the great practice of building a strong country and national rejuvenation, and jointly creating a happier and better life. The cause of disabled people is an important component of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics.Today, the protection of the rights and interests of people with disabilities is even stronger, with 85 million people with disabilities simultaneously entering a moderately prosperous society, and their sense of gain, happiness, and security continues to improve. As participants, contributors, and beneficiaries of economic and social development, the vast number of people with disabilities have demonstrated an era of self-improvement and written a brilliant chapter in their lives on a broad stage.
Thoughts linger, branches and leaves care about emotions.Under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee, since the 7th National Congress of the Chinese Disabled Persons' Federation, organizations and disabled workers at all levels have carried forward their fine traditions, effectively fulfilled their functions of "representing, serving, and managing", united and led disabled people to listen to the Party's words, feel the Party's kindness, and follow the Party. They have written a glorious chapter of active progress, hard work, and self-improvement in the new era and new journey. Practice has fully proven that people with disabilities are equal members of the social family, an important force in the development of human civilization, and an important force in adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics.
Allowing disabled people to live and work in peace and contentment, with worry free clothing and food, and live a happy and beautiful life is an important manifestation of the Party's wholehearted service to the people and an inevitable requirement of China's socialist system. The 20th CPC National Congress has drawn a grand blueprint for building a socialist modern country in an all-round way and comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization.Party committees and governments at all levels should attach great importance to and actively promote the development of the cause of people with disabilities, and continuously enhance the well-being of people with disabilities. Disabled persons' federations at all levels and disabled workers should play a good role in bridging the gap and bringing the warmth and care of the Party to people with disabilities. All sectors of society should actively participate in the civilized practice of supporting and assisting people with disabilities, create a strong atmosphere of understanding, respect, care, and assistance for people with disabilities in the whole society, support and encourage people with disabilities to strive for self-improvement, and contribute to the development of the cause of people with disabilities in the new era.
