Kuwait is the first Gulf Arab country to establish diplomatic relations with New China, and also the first Middle East country to sign the cooperation document of jointly building the "the Belt and Road" with China. In the 52 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations, especially in the 5 years since the establishment of the strategic partnership between the two countries, China Science and Technology relations have made significant progress, and cooperation in various fields has yielded fruitful results. The Chinese side is willing to work together with the Kokang side to promote greater development of China Kokang relations.
China appreciates Kuwait's active participation in co building the "the Belt and Road" cooperation, supports Kuwait's implementation of the "2035 National Vision", and is willing to deepen the docking of development strategies with Kuwait, strengthen cooperation in investment, energy, infrastructure, environmental governance, digital economy and other fields, deepen law enforcement security and anti-terrorism cooperation, and close people to people and cultural exchanges. We hope that the Kefang side will continue to support China's rural revitalization strategy and provide a fair, transparent, and non discriminatory market environment for Chinese enterprises to invest in Kefang. China is willing to work with Kuwait to implement the outcomes of the first China-Arab States Summit and the China Gulf Arab States Cooperation Council Summit, constantly improve the level of collective cooperation between China and Arab States and China Sea, enhance communication and cooperation in multilateral platforms such as the United Nations, and safeguard the common interests of developing countries.
Mischal expressed congratulations to the friendly Chinese people on the upcoming 74th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. The Kuwaiti government and people are deeply proud of the relationship between Kuwait and China, and deeply satisfied with the fruitful results of bilateral cooperation.The Colombian side highly appreciates China's support for safeguarding its sovereignty and territorial integrity, and will continue to firmly adhere to the One China policy, firmly support China's position on core interests, and work with China to support people of all countries in independently choosing development paths that are in line with their own national conditions and have their own characteristics. The scientific side is willing to deepen practical cooperation with China in various fields and closely communicate and cooperate in the Middle East and Gulf region.
After the meeting, the leaders of the two countries jointly witnessed the signing of the Joint Declaration on the Five Year Plan for Bilateral Cooperation between the People's Republic of China and the State of Kuwait, as well as multiple bilateral cooperation documents in areas such as renewable energy, infrastructure construction, and environmental governance.
