The phrase "business travel never stops on the way" is used in contrast to the phrase "envoys face each other on the way". "Shipping to the Sea" comes from Han Yu's "Preface to the Book of Zheng", which describes the bustling commercial scene of Guangzhou during the Tang Dynasty: "Its overseas mixed countries... with tens of thousands of heaven and earth in the southeast, or at times when the wind and tide pay tribute, the barbarians Hu Jia people, ship to the sea." Guangzhou was an important external window of the Tang Dynasty, where Hu merchants gathered and engaged in commercial activities.
