On September 12th, the 5th Shanghai Online Reporting and Propaganda Month was launched with the theme of "Optimizing the Business Network Environment and Safeguarding the Legitimate Rights and Interests of Enterprises". As one of the brand activities of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee's Cyberspace Administration, this event focuses on promoting and popularizing policies and paths related to reporting corporate infringement, and releasing the "Guidelines for Reporting Corporate Network Infringement Information", providing clear guidance for addressing the pain points of online infringement that currently plague enterprises and entrepreneurs. At the same time, guide and supervise the website platforms and self media in this city to actively fulfill their main responsibilities in network management.
The leaders of the Illegal and Adverse Information Reporting Center of the Central Cyberspace Administration attended the launch ceremony of the publicity month and delivered a speech, emphasizing the need to do a good job in promoting enterprise related online reporting, focusing on themes, clarifying objects, enriching content, expanding channels, creating high-quality products, creating a good public opinion atmosphere, enhancing the confidence of enterprises and entrepreneurs, and helping the healthy and orderly development of the economy and society. Xu Jiong, Director of the Cyberspace Administration of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee, and others awarded plaques to representatives of the Cyberspace Illegal and Bad Information Reporting Centers in the three districts. After the launch ceremony, the Shanghai Internet Industry Federation held a "Cybertrust Lecture", and the relevant business leaders of the Central Cybertrust Office Reporting Center gave a special lecture on enterprise related infringement reporting.
It is reported that since the beginning of this year, the Central Cyberspace Administration has attached great importance to the work of safeguarding the rights of enterprise networks, opened a fast acceptance and disposal channel for enterprise network infringement reports, carried out a special action of "Clear and Optimize the Business Network Environment to protect the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises", held an enterprise symposium on optimizing the business network environment, and issued the "Norms for Website Platform Acceptance and Disposal of Enterprise Network Infringement Information Reports", providing policy support and path channels to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and entrepreneurs on the internet.
Under the unified deployment of the Central Cyberspace Administration, the Cyberspace Administration of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee has explored the establishment of a network infringement information disposal model for key local enterprises and institutions, and assisted multiple listed and planned listed enterprises in achieving rights protection through policy channels. Guide key local websites such as Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, and Dongfang Wealth Net to launch the "False and Unreal Information Reporting Zone for Enterprises", clean up more than 27000 pieces of information related to infringement of corporate rights, and dispose of 5365 accounts.
The Cyberspace Administration of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee stated that it will continue to optimize its work mechanism, conduct in-depth research and grasp the urgent and difficult problems encountered by local enterprises in the development process, make good use of administrative relief channels, and play a positive role in optimizing the business network environment and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises.
