On that day, the railway department planned to operate an additional 100 through-bound passenger trains and 96 intra-boundary passenger trains, and organize 143 EMU trains to be reconnected.

In order to evacuate the passengers who arrived at Hongqiao Railway Station on the night of the 14th, the overtime service of Line 2 Hongqiao Railway Station was extended to 0:20 on the 15th.
The scheduled overtime bus of Line 2 starts from Hongqiao Railway Station and ends at Longyang Road Station. It stops at Hongqiao Terminal 2 Station, Songhong Road Station, Zhongshan Park Station, Jing'an Temple Station, People's Square Station and Century Avenue Station. Except for the departure station, Hongqiao Railway Station and Hongqiao Terminal 2, where passengers can be picked up and dropped off, passengers can only be dropped off at all other stops, and transfers are not allowed at transfer stations.
On the evening of the 14th, scheduled overtime buses will also operate at Pudong International Airport Station on Metro Line 2, with the latest departure time being at 0:00 on February 15th. Overtime trains only stop at Longyang Road Station, Century Avenue Station, People's Square Station, and end at Zhongshan Park Station. The above-mentioned stops only allow passengers to be dropped off but not picked up, and transfers are not allowed at the transfer stations.
Based on the actual situation of Spring Festival travel guarantee, the public transportation industry has opened 25 Spring Festival travel dedicated lines and is fully committed to ensuring the passenger flow and transportation during Spring Festival travel.
The Shanghai Railway Station Spring Festival Special Line will operate from February 14th to March 5th.
The operation date of the Hongqiao Hub Spring Festival Transport Line is from February 14 to March 5.
The operation date of Shanghai South Railway Station’s Spring Festival Special Line is from February 14th to March 5th.
The Shouhang night snack line will operate from February 14th to March 5th, and the Shouhang scheduled line will operate from January 26th to March 5th.
The operation date of Shanghai West Railway Station’s Spring Festival Special Line is from February 14th to March 5th.
