The guests use vivid and interesting storylines to integrate the natural geography, environmental protection, biodiversity, and regional cultural customs of the national park. During the book exhibition, there are themed reading activities arranged here every night. At the same time, the first floor hall of the Minhang District Library will also launch the "Chinese Classical Literature Book Exhibition" and the "Paper Drunk Gold Enthusiast - Wax Paper Making Art Exhibition". In addition to the rich night reading activities in the main venue of the district library, the reading activities in various towns, streets, and Xinzhuang Industrial Zone of Minhang are also widespread throughout the area.

The "Paper Drunk and Gold Enthusiast - Wax Paper Making Art Exhibition" introduces the artistic characteristics, key craftsmanship points, and development history of wax paper making technology through graphic and textual forms, allowing readers to have a close encounter with the paper, pigments, tools used for wax paper, as well as the folding fans, couplets, calligraphy and painting works made with wax paper, comprehensively and deeply presenting the charm of wax paper making technology.

In 2022, Minhang achieved full coverage of 14 towns, streets, and Xinzhuang Industrial Zone through the government's practical project of "building 15 urban study rooms". In 2023, six new urban study rooms will be included in the district government's practical project. By the end of the year, the layout of two study rooms in each street and town will be basically achieved, better meeting the needs of readers.
