The 2023 Global Energy Transformation High Level Forum, with the theme of "Energy Security and Green Transformation," consists of an opening ceremony, a main forum, nine thematic sub forums, offline and online parallel meetings at the closing ceremony, exhibition displays, a series of warm-up activities and signing and unveiling ceremonies.

The forum is jointly hosted by the Beijing Municipal People's Government, the Development Research Center of the State Council, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and the China Geological Survey of the Ministry of Natural Resources.
