At the job fair on the Bund, the biggest time cost for job seekers may be queuing up in front of the booth, resulting in higher efficiency after entering the interview. "If you apply online, because the interviewer handles a lot of things, they may overlook your message, which makes face-to-face communication faster," said Zhang.

It is understood that from the pre appointment registration situation, undergraduate and master's degrees account for 97%, and doctoral degrees account for 3%. The highest demand on site is for digital technology positions, accounting for over 50% of the total number of positions.
