Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra resident composer Gong Tianpeng
On September 20th, the second Mid Autumn Festival concert "Together at the End of the World" was held at the Chinese Cultural Center in Singapore. When Chinese melodies such as "Butterfly Lovers", "Yellow River", and "Homesickness Song" are played, the music creates a wonderful moment of "bright moon on the sea, shared by the ends of the earth at this moment". In addition, the orchestra also brought a new work of Chinese original symphony - "Six World Folk Songs" created by Gong Tianpeng, the resident composer of the Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra, and the third one - the Singaporean folk song "In Tanjung Kadong".
