Zhangjiang High tech's "Talent Recruitment Special Train" enters Chengdu Station, promoting efficient and precise docking between talents and enterprises
At the Student Activity Center of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, students lined up in a long line, holding a stack of printed and bound resumes and works in their hands. By the time the double selection meeting officially kicked off, the scene was already crowded with job seekers in front of each recruitment booth. On September 12th, the 2023 Zhangjiang High tech "895 Talent Gathering" and the Autumn Joint Double Selection Conference for the Integrated Circuit Industry were held in Chengdu at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, further consolidating the "core" strength for the construction of world-class integrated circuit industry clusters and accelerating the gathering of outstanding talents in the integrated circuit industry.
The reporter learned that Zhangjiang High tech has leveraged the industrial advantages of Zhangjiang Science City's integrated circuit cluster development, deeply tapping into enterprise resources, and organizing more than 20 well-known integrated circuit enterprises in the entire industry chain, including equipment, materials, manufacturing, design, packaging and testing, and applications, with more than 200 positions and 800 job positions, to travel in both directions with students from Rongcheng. Students from universities such as University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Sichuan University, Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu University of Information Technology, Chengdu University of Science and Technology, and Southwest University of Petroleum had face-to-face conversations with on-site recruitment companies on development prospects, training mechanisms, salary and benefits, and other factors.
In addition, Zhangjiang High tech has also invited several well-known integrated circuit enterprises to hold a "school enterprise docking and exchange meeting" with the School of Integrated Circuits at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, to conduct in-depth discussions on topics such as the integration of industry, academia, and research, the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and the mechanism of talent cultivation between schools and enterprises.
