According to the official Weibo account of the Traffic Police Detachment of Xi'an Public Security Bureau on September 12th, on September 11th, @ Xi'an Traffic Police received a report from netizens that on September 9th, a white off-road vehicle with a boy sitting in the driver's seat holding the steering wheel was suspected of illegal driving.
After receiving the report, the police officers of the jurisdiction where the incident occurred immediately verified the information. After verification, it was found that the driver of the vehicle not only engaged in behaviors that hindered safe driving, but also did not wear a seat belt while driving.
On the evening of September 11th, the police met with the driver of the vehicle and provided him with road traffic safety education. He was fined 250 yuan and his driver's license was scored 4 points in accordance with the law.
