1. The Discipline Inspection and Supervision Commission of Shanyang County clarifies and corrects the name of the County Natural Resources Comprehensive Law Enforcement Brigade that has been falsely reported

In August 2023, the public anonymously reported that the Shanyang County Natural Resources Comprehensive Law Enforcement Brigade was suspected of using public vehicles for personal purposes on August 12. After investigation, on August 12, 2023, the Shanyang County Natural Resources Comprehensive Law Enforcement Brigade arranged for a bus to transport trainees to Shangluo College to participate in the law enforcement qualification examination training. There was no private use of the bus, and the reported issue was untrue. In August 2023, the Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervision Commission of Shanyang County issued a clarification letter to the Shanyang County Natural Resources Comprehensive Law Enforcement Brigade, with a copy to the main person in charge of the party committee of its affiliated unit, to clarify the name of the Shanyang County Natural Resources Comprehensive Law Enforcement Brigade in writing.

2. The Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervision Commission of Zhashui County clarified the name of Zhang, the Party Branch Secretary of Shijiawan Village in Qianyou Street, who was falsely reported

In July 2023, the public reported in real name that Zhang had illegally cancelled his family subsistence allowance. After investigation, it was found that in 2018 and 2019, the informant was trapped due to illness and education, and two family members enjoyed the rural subsistence allowance policy. In August 2020, after accounting, it was determined that the total household income of the whistleblower exceeded the minimum living allowance standard, and it was decided by the town and village that they would no longer enjoy rural subsistence allowance treatment. The reported issue was untrue. In September 2023, the Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervision Commission of Zhashui County sent a clarification letter to Zhang himself, with a copy to his village party branch, to clarify and correct Zhang's name in writing.

3. The Discipline Inspection Commission of Wuguan Town, Danfeng County clarified the name of Qin, the former Party branch secretary of Liyuan Village, who was falsely reported

In August 2021, the public reported in real name that Qin had violated regulations by enjoying subsidies for disaster avoidance ecological relocation and resettlement. After investigation, it was found that Qin's family's enjoyment of disaster avoidance ecological relocation and resettlement subsidies complies with relevant policy regulations, and the reported issue is untrue. In July 2023, the Discipline Inspection Commission of Wuguan Town sent a clarification letter to Qin himself, with a copy to his village party branch, to clarify and correct Qin's name in writing.

4. The Discipline Inspection Commission of Yuehe Town, Zhen'an County, clarified the name of Chen, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch of Chuanhe Village, who was falsely reported

In October 2022, the public reported in real name that Chen had engaged in fraud in the assessment of subsistence allowances and had his eligibility for subsidies to impoverished households revoked. After investigation, the informant has submitted multiple applications for subsistence allowance since 2015, but due to being a major industrial household in Chuanhe Village, they do not meet the criteria for subsistence allowance assessment and have never been included in the registered impoverished households. The reported issues are untrue. In August 2023, the Discipline Inspection Commission of Yuehe Town sent a clarification letter to Chen himself, with a copy to the village party branch where he is located, to clarify and correct Chen's name in writing.

Xi'an
