On September 18th, Wuqing District of Tianjin issued the "Wuqing District New Commercial Residential Housing Purchase Subsidy Measures". The "Measures" have announced the scope and standards of subsidies. From September 2, 2023 to March 31, 2024, those who purchase newly-built commercial residential properties in Wuqing District and pay the purchase deed tax in full before March 31, 2024 will be given a purchase subsidy of 1% of the total purchase price based on the buyer's application, with a maximum subsidy amount not exceeding 30000 yuan. Provide housing subsidies in yuan units, rounded to the nearest whole number.
Measures for Subsidies for the Purchase of New Commercial Residential Buildings in Wuqing District
To implement the work requirements of the Municipal Party Committee and Government, meet the rigid and improved housing needs of residents, focus on improving consumer expectations, and promote the healthy and stable development of the real estate market in our region. In accordance with the requirements of the Notice of the Municipal Housing and Urban Rural Development Commission and four other departments on further adjusting and optimizing real estate policies to better meet the rigid and improved housing needs of residents, and in combination with the actual situation of our district, this method is formulated.
1、 Subsidy scope and standards
1. From September 2, 2023 to March 31, 2024, those who purchase newly-built commercial residential properties in Wuqing District and pay the purchase deed tax in full before March 31, 2024, will receive a purchase subsidy of 1% of the total purchase price based on the buyer's application, with a maximum subsidy amount not exceeding 30000 yuan. Provide housing subsidies in yuan units, rounded to the nearest whole number.
2. Non natural persons purchasing houses are not within the scope of subsidies.
3. Newly built commercial residential properties that were signed online before September 1st will not be eligible for subsidies when they are resold after the cancellation of contract registration procedures after September 1st. When the development enterprise sells the above-mentioned houses, it should inform the buyer in writing.
2、 Application method
1. The applicant should submit the application materials for receiving the housing subsidy to the district housing construction committee before April 10, 2024. Failure to do so will be deemed as abandonment.
The application materials include: the applicant's ID, purchase invoice, purchase contract and tax payment voucher, bank card information and contact phone number for real name authentication of the buyer. The District Housing Construction Commission, in conjunction with the Wuqing Branch of the Municipal Planning and Resources Bureau and other units, will review the application materials. For those who meet the subsidy requirements, the applicant and subsidy amount shall be included in the subsidy distribution list and submitted to the district finance bureau every quarter; If it does not meet the subsidy requirements, inform the applicant.
2. The applicant must be the actual homebuyer. If there are multiple homebuyers, one of them must be identified as the applicant and the recipient of the subsidy.
3、 Collection method
1. Applicants who have passed the review can obtain subsidies from the district housing construction commission with their Real Estate Ownership Certificate, and the housing subsidy will be directly issued to the bank card verified by the real name of the buyer. The housing subsidy is generally distributed quarterly in a centralized manner.
2. The district housing construction commission calculates the purchase subsidy funds based on the subsidy distribution catalog, applies for project budget according to the procedure, and the district finance bureau ensures timely disbursement of funds. The distribution of subsidies will be published on the official website of the district government.
