Well done, these two things in Vietnam recently

Vietnam has done these two things very well recently.
The first thing is that for Biden, he is delicious, delicious, and well received, and he has been promoted twice, elevating the US Vietnam relationship to a comprehensive strategic partnership.
Previously, only a few countries such as Russia and India enjoyed this level.
Japan did not enjoy the same treatment, but the United States did. Don't forget the deep blood feud between Vietnam and the United States back then.
From the perspective of the United States, it has never established a comprehensive strategic partnership with any socialist country before. Vietnam was the first country to break the world.
Moreover, during Biden's visit to Vietnam, the United States claimed to enhance Vietnam's position in the global semiconductor supply chain, and the two countries also reached an agreement on semiconductors and rare earth minerals.
For whom?
You understand.
The second thing is that Vietnam highly praises Huawei, affirms Huawei's global business investment and efficiency, and thanks Huawei for its trust and investment in Vietnam.
Vietnam definitely knows how the United States treats Huawei.
But a few days ago, Vietnamese Prime Minister Fan Mingzheng, who was visiting Guangxi, specially met with Huawei's Senior Vice President and President of the Asia Pacific Region, Lin Bofeng, and generously praised Huawei.
According to reports from Vietnamese media, Fan Mingzheng made it very clear that Huawei still has a lot of room in related fields in Vietnam. He hopes that Huawei can deeply participate in Vietnam's development process, especially in research and development investment and digital talent cultivation.
He also solemnly stated that the Vietnamese government has committed to creating convenient conditions for efficient, successful, and stable investment and operation of Chinese companies, including Huawei, in Vietnam. He also suggested that Huawei actively coordinate with various Vietnamese ministries, industries, and local governments to find new projects and carry out effective and sustainable investment activities in Vietnam.
The United States does not welcome you, Vietnam welcomes you.
It's interesting to combine two things together.
My personal three basic opinions.
Firstly, Vietnam has a clear understanding of which is more important.
So, the Vietnamese Prime Minister went to Guangxi and specifically met with Huawei executives, saying a very meaningful sentence. Don't think that Vietnamese people don't understand politics, they know very well.
Therefore, before Biden's visit to Vietnam, the leader of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Nguyen Phu Trong, specifically inspected the border ports between China and Vietnam, emphasizing that Vietnam has always attached great importance to and prioritized the development of relations with the Chinese party, government, and people.
Is it a distant superpower or the only superpower in the world; One is a thousand year old neighbor, and it is also a special relationship of comrades and brothers.
Secondly, Vietnam has its own strategy, as it has its own advantages and disadvantages.
There must be some! Which country doesn't have its own strategy?
The United States is using various means to win over Vietnam and sow discord between China and Vietnam, and Vietnam must also be watching.
But since the United States is willing to give benefits, Vietnam naturally follows suit. Moreover, with the unprecedented changes in the world, Vietnam also has its own national interests, so why not need some chips?
Of course, Vietnam also knows that as a country led by the Communist Party, the fundamental difference between Vietnam and the United States is that sometimes the United States is a card, but sometimes it is even more of a threat. At critical times, China may still be the only reliable country.
Thirdly, you see, America's instigation of discord will eventually go bankrupt.
It's not that we went bankrupt from the beginning, but it's possible that on some key issues, the United States may argue, Japan may pour oil, and China Vietnam relations may indeed be in trouble.
But in the long run, as long as Vietnam is a country led by the Communist Party, the ideological differences between the United States and Vietnam cannot be bridged. It is possible that the United States will suddenly show a fierce face in an important event, and Vietnam will inevitably seek help from China.
Moreover, China and Vietnam are neighbors who cannot move, and their economies are now intertwined with each other. If the United States wants to deal with China, it will inevitably harm Vietnam; To win over Vietnam, China cannot be ruled out.
Also, companies like Huawei do have true expertise and technology that can bring more development opportunities to Vietnam. Why should Vietnam refuse? Do you want to submit a petition to the United States?
Also, the person who is meeting the Vietnamese Prime Minister this time is Huawei's Vice President. What about other Huawei executives?
Huawei may be very busy, but it has to be said that Fan Mingzheng is indeed very carefree and sincere.
