US officials reveal that delivery to Ukraine is not ruled out
According to TASS, the Deputy Assistant to the US President for National Security Affairs, Jonathan Finner, told reporters on the 10th that the US government does not rule out the possibility of starting delivering an army tactical missile system to Ukraine, but is not yet ready to announce this step and will continue to assess the situation.
Fenner said, "We are currently not ruling out any possibility. We have nothing to announce about the decision on new measures," he said in a commentary on the ABC website. The report suggests that ATACMS may have been included in the new package of military aid from the United States to Ukraine.

According to the report, Finner made the above comments to reporters on a plane while US President Biden was on his way to Vietnam.
He also said, "But our position has always been that we will provide Ukraine with the means to achieve success on the battlefield. We believe that this approach has worked at every stage of this conflict, including the current stage."

The report indicates that the ATACMS missile has a range of up to 300 kilometers and can be launched using the "Hamas" system. Ukraine has repeatedly requested the United States to provide such weapons.
The US Department of Defense previously stated that the decision to provide ATACMS is entirely within the President's authority. In July, when answering questions from reporters in the Lithuanian capital Vilnius, Biden stated that he would consider approving the possibility of delivering long-range missiles to Kiev.
