"This is our new model store, which is more flexible and faster than traditional stores." Wu Zhiguang, the person in charge of Zhiguang Fruits and Vegetables, introduced that since the beginning of this year, the company has extensively selected locations to open such new convenience stores. Recently, through coordination with Heyi Street, Jinyuan Community has provided vacant land for setting up convenience stores in the community. From assembly to opening, it only took more than ten days. This store can serve about 5000 residents in Jinyuan Community, effectively solving the problem of residents' difficulty in buying groceries.
The reporter noticed that the convenience store has also set up a service area to provide residents with daily services such as laundry, maintenance, keying, and drainage. At the same time, residents can also scan the QR code to place orders and purchase goods in the store, enjoying an online service that starts at 1 yuan, has no delivery fee, and takes 30 minutes to deliver to their home.
According to the plan, by 2025, Beijing will achieve full coverage of the city's 15 minute convenient living circle. Wu Zhiguang stated that the company plans to open 2000 new convenience stores of this kind within 3 years, and improve the "last mile of the community" service according to the principle of "making up for what is missing".
