Let small things stay in the building, and big things stay in the community

The residential areas of Lane 94 and Lane 42 of Yongye Road under the jurisdiction of Yongye Second Residence in Jinqiao Town have both local relocated residents and many new Shanghai residents. The Yongye Second Neighborhood Party Branch focuses on building four major systems, namely mobilization system, linkage system, integration system, and mutual assistance system, gradually establishing the confidence, enthusiasm, and ability of community residents to participate in community affairs.

Establish a responsive mobilization system, fully leverage the leading role of party branches, and make grassroots party organizations a strong core for rallying people's hearts and uniting the masses. Deeply understand the professional and professional characteristics of each party member, and establish a system and file, requiring party members to play a pioneering and exemplary role. Encourage party members to claim corresponding volunteer positions based on their own strengths and wishes, and find a place to play in community autonomy. By leveraging the role of party members as pioneers and backbone, we aim to encourage residents to actively participate in community affairs and achieve the transformation from a "stranger" community to an "acquaintance" community.

To achieve a linkage system from tentacles to households, the Yong'er Party Branch has combined the actual situation of the community to build a five level grid system architecture of "residential area party branch grid party branch building group grid corridor party group party member households". At the same time, a three-level WeChat mobilization group consisting of grid leaders, building leaders, and residents has been established. Currently, more than 900 household representatives have joined the WeChat group. Through WeChat groups, rapid information transmission has been achieved, and sending notifications and soliciting opinions in groups has become more efficient, greatly enhancing the mobilization ability of community organizations.

To create a subtle integration system, the Yong'er Party Branch actively explores various types of resident backbone, classifies them according to different interests, and leads the establishment of various cultural and sports teams that meet the needs of residents in the community, creating a warm community atmosphere. The Party branch also actively provides services, connecting various activity teams with activity venues and providing opportunities for display. The high-quality activity team has attracted the continuous participation of cultural and sports enthusiasts in the community.

To build a neighborly and friendly mutual assistance system, in order to ensure that small things do not come out of the building and big things do not come out of the community, and to achieve mutual assistance among residents, the Party branch actively takes the lead in exploring various volunteer resources. In addition to party members and community experts, we also invite capable and idle residents to join the community volunteer team. By forming various volunteer teams, community governance and services have been extended to all aspects of residents' lives, forming an atmosphere of mutual assistance and assistance within the community, promoting emotional communication and connections among residents.

Building a team through needle and thread, gathering people's hearts through the "Sunshine House"

There are a total of 772 households in three residential areas under the jurisdiction of the Sunshine First Residential Area in Jinqiao Town, with a permanent population of about 1800 people and more than 160 shops along the street.

There are many trees in the community that have not been built for many years, and nearby residents have been unable to get sunlight for a long time. In order to meet the lighting needs of residents, the Sunshine One Neighborhood Party Branch, guided by party building and connected by the neighborhood committee, invited resident representatives to participate in resident hearings, understand their needs and ideas, and elected several representatives to join the property and environmental management committee. They guided resident representatives to hold coordination meetings with the property industry, invited more residents to participate, and conducted door-to-door consultations. Finally, a consensus was reached, and it was decided that the property company would first advance funds to carry out major repairs on the trees in the community. The long-standing problem has been resolved, and residents have fully enjoyed the sweetness of autonomy.

The Sunshine One Dwelling Party Branch fully explores innovative models of community governance, creates an autonomous project brand of "co governance of home and community business alliance", invites community experts to participate in the micro renovation of idle post booths in the community, and turns an idle small house at the entrance of the community into a Sunshine Small House contact point. By connecting points and lines, connecting resources, extending services, radiating to all shops and residential areas, and narrowing the distance between grassroots party organizations, party members, and the masses.

At Sunshine Hut, party members gather together, focusing on the difficulties and hotspots of community governance, leveraging the core power of community governance, opening up common activity venues and discussion spaces. Through the joint application of community party members and street shop party members, they can claim positions such as convenience service posts and cabin duty posts, utilize their respective expertise to provide suggestions and ideas for the development of the community, contribute valuable ideas, and promote community governance and sharing. In the future, Sunshine House will continue to improve and innovate its service content, taking the wishes and needs of residents as the starting point, continuously promoting community governance, and continuously enhancing residents' sense of gain and satisfaction.
