According to public data, Liu Daokang, male, Han nationality, was born in December 1971 in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province, with an on-the-job postgraduate degree, started work in July 1993, and joined the CPC in December 1994. In July 1993, a teacher at Zhongshan Experimental Primary School; In July 1999, he was appointed as the Director of the Academic Affairs Office of Zhongshan Experimental Primary School; In August 2002, he was appointed as the Secretary and Principal of the Party Branch of Zhongshan Experimental Primary School; In September 2015, he was appointed as the Secretary and Principal of the Party Branch of Shiqi Central Primary School in Zhongshan City.

Liu Daokang's ideals and beliefs were shaken, his original intention and mission were lost, he violated the spirit of the central eight point regulations, and he received gifts that may affect his official duties; Violation of life discipline; Indulging in greed, recklessly accumulating wealth, utilizing the convenience and influence of one's position, seeking benefits for enterprises and individuals in areas such as degrees, recommending students, transferring students, purchasing school uniforms, contracting canteens, undertaking projects, and cooperating in education, and illegally accepting huge amounts of property.
