The internet famous tour guide "Xiao Hei Zhuming" received a threatening email after evaluating the love themed sculpture of the Cowherd and Weaver Girl in Lushan County, Pingdingshan City, Henan Province, which was priced at 7.15 million yuan. This incident has recently attracted attention from all parties.
On September 10th, Xiaohei Zhuming posted a video on his social media account stating that he had received a notice from the Binjiang Police Station that the incident had been resolved.
In the video, Xiaohei Zhuming stated that the writer was Chen, from Xuchang, Henan, unemployed, and "obtained information about me and my child through illegal channels and sent threatening emails." This person was arrested on the 9th.
Xiaohei Zhuming stated that according to Article 42 (1) of the Public Security Management Regulations, Chen was administratively detained for 10 days.
At the end of the video, Xiaohei Zhuming said, "Thank you to the netizens for their concern and to the Hangzhou Public Security Bureau."
In the video comment section, Xiaohei Zhuming added, "The other person is 25 years old. It is said that they learned information through the group, and they must have been detained."

On August 27, Zhu Ming said that after evaluating the Lushan incident, he received a threatening email, in which the other party requested to delete the relevant video immediately, attached his child's ID number number and home address, and left a sentence: "Don't think you can't be found".
On the evening of the 29th, Zhu Ming told Cover News that personnel from relevant departments in Pingdingshan had rushed to his city to investigate the threat letter incident.
At 12:39 noon on August 30th, Zhu Ming posted a video on his personal social media account stating that he would report to the Binjiang Police Station in the evening. At 13:40, Zhuming received another email apologizing for the previous "threat letter".

In this email, the other party used a different email address than the previous one. He claimed that he was "not a relevant person of the Lushan government", and the previous email was not intended to threaten Zhuming, but "for the purpose of reminding you of information leakage.".
Regarding this, Zhuming stated that this is a "self trap" and will submit this letter and the previous one to the public security bureau tonight.
On the morning of the 31st, Zhu Ming stated that he had reported the case to the Xixing Police Station of the Binjiang Branch of the Hangzhou Public Security Bureau in the early hours of the morning, and the case has now been accepted.
Zhuming stated that "choosing to report to the police is mainly to protect the safety of family members", and the two emails he received have also been provided as evidence to the police.
