Russia: expresses concern about the tense situation and the outbreak of fighting, and urges both sides to immediately stop using force and return to diplomatic dialogue.

In addition, Russia also claims that it was unaware of Azerbaijan's military actions in advance, and the Albanian military only urgently notified the Russian side a few minutes before the operation.

Outside the Russian embassy in the Armenian capital, a large number of angry Armenians shouted slogans against Putin and Russia.
