The Regulations require that all regions and enrollment units should adhere to the principle of putting candidates first and providing more warm and convenient candidate services. Strengthen the guarantee of examination resources, arrange sufficient examination seats and examination staff, and serve to ensure the organization of the examination. Optimize the setting of registration sites, encourage qualified provinces to provide services for more examinees to register on the spot, and ensure that the registered residence of examinees is well located. Strengthen communication and confirmation with candidates. When the admission unit issues a notice requiring candidates to confirm their intended admission or interview, it is necessary to fully consider the candidate's study, work, and rest time and make reasonable arrangements, and reserve sufficient confirmation time for candidates; For candidates who have not confirmed on time, attention should be paid to contacting and confirming, and they should not be treated simply as giving up if they do not accept on time.
The Regulations emphasize that all regions and enrollment units should strictly implement enrollment policies and regulate enrollment behavior. Strictly standardize the organization and management of the interview. Before the interview, the enrollment unit should strictly adopt measures such as identification of personal identification and data comparison in relevant information databases, strengthen the verification of the identity of candidates, adhere to and improve the management methods of randomly selecting candidates, randomly determining the composition of the mentor group, and randomly selecting interview questions, and strengthen the supervision of the interview process. Strictly standardize the management of the transfer process, and all transfer candidates received by the enrollment unit must go through the "National Master's Enrollment Re examination Transfer Service System" of the Ministry of Education. It is necessary to improve the decision-making mechanism of transfer work, strengthen the disclosure of transfer information, and strictly regulate the supervision of transfer work.
The Regulations specify that the preliminary examination for the 2024 National Master's Entrance Examination will be held from December 23rd to 24th, 2023. For a few exam subjects that exceed 3 hours or have special requirements such as using a drawing board, the examination will be held on December 25th. The online registration process is scheduled from October 8th to October 25th, 2023, and the name prediction process is scheduled from September 24th to September 27th. After the online registration is completed, provincial education enrollment and examination institutions will organize online confirmation work to review the registration information of candidates. All candidates are required to participate in online registration and confirmation within the specified time, and no make-up application will be made after the deadline.
To help candidates comprehensively and accurately understand graduate enrollment policies, the China Graduate Enrollment Information Network will hold activities such as the "2024 National Master's Graduate Enrollment Promotion and Consultation Week" from September 18 to 22, 2023.
