On September 22nd local time, Mayor Mikhail Razvozaev of Sevastopol stated that the headquarters of the Russian Black Sea Fleet located in Sevastopol was attacked by missiles. Some missile fragments fell near the Lunacharsky Theater.
On site videos and photos show that the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet was hit by missiles, and fragments were scattered hundreds of meters. A large number of ambulances were rushing to the scene. According to the Russian website 112, six people were injured in the attack on the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet.
The mayor of Sevastopol reminds residents not to go to the city center or leave buildings. He also stated that the civilian infrastructure around the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet was not damaged, and the residents on the streets were not injured in the attack.
