According to public information, Tang Zuoguo was born in July 1964 and has been working in Changde for a long time. Formerly served as a member of the Standing Committee and Deputy County Magistrate of Anxiang County, Deputy Minister of the Propaganda Department of Changde City Committee, and Deputy Director of Changde City Development and Reform Commission. In 2010, he was appointed as the Director of Changde City Development and Reform Commission. In July 2016, Tang Zuoguo was appointed as the Secretary of the Taoyuan County Party Committee. In January 2017, he was appointed as the Deputy Mayor of Changde City, and in December 2017, he stepped down as the Secretary of the Taoyuan County Party Committee. In January 2022, he was appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Changde Municipal Political Consultative Conference and has since been investigated.
