For start-up enterprises, sufficient human resources are one of the important factors for development. On September 19th, the "Source of Good Entrepreneurship" Youth Entrepreneurship Resource Matchmaking Service Season and "Home Door" Entrepreneurship Service Theme Series Activities in Pudong New Area entered Huinan Town, recruiting talents and talents for local entrepreneurial enterprises through characteristic entrepreneurial achievement sharing meetings, entrepreneurial service matchmaking meetings, and other forms.

The event on that day was organized by the Pudong New Area Employment Promotion Center in collaboration with the People's Government of Huinan Town, inviting 10 communities, parks, and rural entrepreneurial enterprises in and around Huinan Town to recruit talents for entrepreneurship. Nearly 100 management and technical positions were provided on-site at the Lemin Community College Square in Huinan Town.

In recent years, Huinan Town has actively built an entrepreneurial service carrier with the brand of "one community, one village, and one park", forming a service model of "three district linkage and integrated development". Combined with the construction of the "15 minute employment service circle", it actively advocates the "four major actions" in the community to help pursue dreams, light up learning, promote innovation, and serve entrepreneurship, making the "Huiju Leye" service brand diverse.

In combination with the rural revitalization strategy, Huinan Town is vigorously promoting the "Hu Xiang Maker" service brand, fully leveraging the role of Haishen Village as a carrier for entrepreneurial services. By establishing platforms such as rural entrepreneurship and employment training bases, Haishen reception halls, youth centers, and village live streaming rooms, Huinan Town provides specialized entrepreneurial guidance services for "Hu Xiang Makers" and continuously expands the influence of the "rural maker" clustering service brand. In combination with the development of entrepreneurship parks, Huinan Town is building a comprehensive industrial park that integrates entrepreneurship bases, talent apartments, cultural and guest streets, fashion parks, conference centers, and national defense science popularization centers. In addition, it has successively launched new media incubation bases and internet celebrity e-commerce marketing centers, striving to enable entrepreneurs to have more sense of gain under the influence of service brands.

Shanghai Qingtian Jiushe Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. is a start-up enterprise founded in Haishen Village, dedicated to business in homestays, catering, and other areas. On that day's event, the company provided multiple positions such as guest room butler, new media operation, restaurant chef, and outdoor support personnel for homestays. The company's recruiters told us that these positions have attracted many job seekers. Xiaolin, who is 23 years old this year, is a native of Huinan and has previous work experience in the catering industry. He is also eager to find a job that is close to home and stable. After communicating with the relevant person in charge of Shanghai Qingtian Jiushe Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., I decided to give it a try and said, "I heard that the rural innovation in Haishen Village is developing, which is an opportunity for me."

At the event, the Chief Career Guidance Officer of the Pudong New Area Employment Promotion Center also provided career guidance for young job seekers participating in recruitment, and provided entrepreneurial guidance services to young people with entrepreneurial ideas, encouraging them to participate in entrepreneurial actions.

Xiao Pan is a fresh graduate and also a retired soldier. He had previously started a business at school, but due to various reasons, he was unable to continue and felt a bit confused. After receiving entrepreneurial guidance on site, he had a clearer plan for his future. "I lost money on my last entrepreneurship, and now I plan to find a job first, accumulate funds, and then look for opportunities to start a business," he said.

In the face of new requirements for entrepreneurial services in the new era, Huinan Town has stated that it will work together with the New Area Promotion Center to further leverage and integrate entrepreneurial service resources, actively connect community, park, and rural entrepreneurial enterprise services, on the one hand to help entrepreneurial enterprises solve "employment difficulties", and on the other hand to help enterprises and groups with entrepreneurial intentions connect service resources. It has invited experts in entrepreneurship and employment guidance to provide policy interpretation and "legal protection" services, making the path of entrepreneurship more stable.
