Suzhou, Jiangsu Province introduces a new policy on real estate: lifting purchase restrictions on housing above 120 square meters
Purchasing commercial housing of 120 square meters or more will no longer be eligible for purchase. On September 11th, Suzhou issued 30 policy measures to promote sustained economic recovery and improvement. Relevant measures have been proposed to promote the stable and healthy development of the real estate and construction industries.
Give priority to ensuring and solving more people in need of housing. New citizens, young people, newly employed people, permanent residents and local registered residence households apply the same policies to purchase houses;
To meet the demand for improved housing, no qualification review will be conducted for purchasing commercial housing of 120 square meters or more;
We will comprehensively adopt methods such as housing subsidies, housing ticket placement, and group buying to better meet the rigid and improved housing needs of residents.
Implement policies such as reducing the down payment ratio and loan interest rates for the first and second homes, providing personal income tax incentives for residents who purchase alternative housing, and implementing policies such as "recognizing a house but not a loan" for their first home.
