He sought help from the police through the newly developed WeChat silent graphic and text alarm system in Yongzhou, Hunan, and was ultimately successfully rescued.
Not long ago, the WeChat alarm platform of "KuaiFan135" in Yongzhou City, Hunan Province received a graphic and textual alarm message. The police reported that they were about to be scammed into going to Myanmar and attached a two second video.

We immediately contacted the local police of his registered residence and the Yunnan police. Our three provincial police worked together and successfully rescued him within two hours of receiving the report.
Afterwards, the person involved, Ma, told the police that he was attracted by the high paying job claimed by the electronic fraud gang and went to Yunnan. Afterwards, I felt something was wrong and realized that I had been deceived, so I chose to call the police.

So, I searched for "How to report to the police if it's inconvenient to make a phone call" on Baidu with my phone. Then, the QR code of the "KuaiFan135" WeChat alarm mini program in Yongzhou popped up on my phone. I scanned the code to follow and sent a video and text to report to the police. At that time, I didn't have much hope. I didn't expect our car to be intercepted at the border checkpoint after two hours, and I and the six of us in the same car were successfully rescued. If it weren't for this WeChat alarm mini program, these of us might have been scammed into going to Myanmar.
The alarm method used by Ma this time is the Yongzhou "Quick Response 135" App and WeChat alarm mini program innovatively developed and launched by the Yongzhou police in Hunan. When the public encounters a critical situation, they can choose multiple alarm methods such as text, video, voice, and mute to give a one click alarm, covering special alarm groups such as those who are not convenient to give a voice alarm in emergency situations and are unclear about their location and the situation on site.
