Recently, China Development Fund Co., Ltd. has discovered that criminals have forged our company's certificates, licenses, and seals, and registered five enterprises under the pseudonym of our company's subsidiaries in Hong Kong, Beijing, Gansu, and other places. They may also be suspected of conducting business activities in the name of our company, and some of these enterprises are suspected of infringing on the rights and interests of the "China Development" brand and trademark, causing adverse effects on our company's reputation. In this regard, our company solemnly declares as follows:

1、 Our company does not have any equity contribution relationship with the above 5 enterprises or their invested enterprises, nor does it have any form of affiliation, association, management or actual control, investment, cooperation, authorization, etc. The above enterprises and their affiliated enterprises and personnel have no relationship with our company in any market operation activities or other behaviors, and our company does not assume any responsibility for this.
