Recently, a video circulating online of a silver gray off-road vehicle slowly descending from the steps, with the license plate "Shaan U". Some netizens pointed out that the incident occurred on the steps inside the Qianling Scenic Area in Qianxian County, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province.
On September 18th, a staff member of Qianling Scenic Area stated that the scenic area had paid attention to this video and reported it to the public security department. They found the driver by retrieving license plate information.
On the same day, a staff member of the Qianxian Cultural Relics Police Station stated that the station had received a report from the scenic area on the morning of the 18th and had accepted the case. The personnel driving the vehicle have been contacted and will soon arrive at the scene for processing. Other information cannot be disclosed.

The staff of the scenic area mentioned above stated that the scenic area has issued a notice of criticism, conducted written inspections, and deducted performance from the relevant staff within the scenic area.
The staff member also explained, "This car did not come on the road through the scenic area, but through the village. Due to historical reasons, the scenic area and surrounding villages are mixed together, which has been a problem we have been facing in our management. We have reported this issue to the higher authorities and will launch a closure project to close all intersections."
According to public information, the Qianling Mausoleum is one of the eighteen tombs of the Tang Dynasty in the Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province, located in the northern part of Qian County, Xianyang City. It was the joint tomb of Emperor Gaozong Li Zhi and Empress Wu Zetian of the Tang Dynasty. In March 1961, the Qianling Mausoleum was announced by the State Council as one of the first batch of national key cultural relics protection units.
