On the field of hope, over 63 million tons of autumn grain have been purchased nationwide for summer and are now being listed on the market
The latest announcement from the State Administration of Grain and Material Reserves states that the peak season for purchasing summer grain nationwide is coming to an end, and autumn grain is gradually going public.
As of now, the main production areas have purchased over 63 million tons of summer grain. Since the launch of summer grain this year, the market has been active in purchasing and selling. Flour processing, feed, reserve and other enterprises seize grain sources to meet production and operation needs; Trade enterprises actively purchase to further stimulate market vitality; Farmers choose opportunities and prices to sell grain, and the wheat market is thriving. According to the procurement scheduling of the National Grain and Material Reserve Bureau, various grain enterprises in the main production areas have cumulatively purchased over 57 million tons of wheat and over 6 million tons of early indica rice, with an increase in procurement volume compared to last year.
As autumn grain gradually enters the harvest season, various regions are also preparing to purchase autumn grain. Autumn grain production accounts for three-quarters of the annual grain production, and autumn grain procurement involves a variety of varieties, covers a wide range of regions, and has a long time span, making it the mainstay of annual grain procurement. Currently, mid to late season rice has gradually entered the market. The State Administration of Grain and Material Reserves requires all regions to deepen cooperation in grain production and sales, guide various entities to actively enter the market, and ensure that "there are people to collect grain, money to collect grain, warehouses to collect grain, and vehicles to transport grain"; At the same time, we will further strengthen the tracking and scheduling of grain conditions in disaster stricken areas, strengthen scientific guidance for grain storage by farmers, coordinate the promotion of grain source scheduling and reserve rotation, and conscientiously ensure the supply and price stability of grain.
